By accessing or using the Texas Jerky Co. website (txjerky.co) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Orders

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or other details will exactly match what you see on your screen. Product weights are approximate and may vary slightly.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of your order confirmation will apply to your purchase.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund the full amount.

Batch Production

Our products are made and processed in batches for freshness, with each batch produced no later than 60 days after the previous one. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeline.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct - we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

• Quality Issues: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund.
• Dissatisfaction: If you're not satisfied with the taste or quality, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
• Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, contact us - we're reasonable people.

Allergen Warning

Our products may contain allergens including soy, and are manufactured in a facility that processes tree nuts and wheat. Please review product ingredients carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review ingredients or consuming products despite known allergies.

All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the property of Texas Jerky Co. LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
