Small Batch Production

Unlike mass-produced jerky, we make ours in batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality, with each batch produced no later than 60 days after the previous one. This means your jerky is made fresh specifically for you, your order - not pulled from a warehouse shelf where it's been sitting for months.

Processing Time

Orders are queued for the next production batch. Batches are produced at least every 60 days, though often sooner depending on demand. You'll receive an email notification when your order ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided via email.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working on it.

Packaging

Your jerky is vacuum-sealed for freshness and shipped in sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each bag includes the production date and best-by date for your reference.

Properly stored (cool, dry place), unopened jerky stays fresh for several months. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 1-2 weeks for best quality - but let's be honest, it probably won't last that long.
